NTT docomo stated i-mode that's information and communication service on your mobilephone called "keitai". i-mode provides mobile web access and e-mail service with yourname@nttdocomo.ne.jp.

This is the first i-mode phone F501i by Fujitsu (Japanese phone name has manufacturer and features. F means Fujitsu and i means i-mode available). F501i was cooler than any other models in 1999. Shiny body and sharp keys are light-up orange.

F501i has small monotone display that can display images emoji character. These are new features.
